The body automatically makes internal adjustments to ensure your pH is average 7, and based on your diet and lifestyle, it may sometimes be more difficult for your body to keep balancing your pH. We all like to cut loose, particularly during holiday season and splurge on our diet and consumption of very acidic beverages like soft drinks, alcohol and sugary drinks.
By knowing your pH levels, you can easily support your body by adjusting your diet, lifestyle to support recovery via eating or drinking green drinks, taking some time off to relax, or just simply drink more water before cutting loose in the town.
This app is meant to make it simple to measure, record and average your pH level on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Unfortunately one reading is not enough to definitely say what your pH level is; you need to take a reading and average it out over several days.
This app makes it easy to record your pH level, and optional record how you may be feeling, and take notes for future reference. Easy to read charts will give you an average status of your pH and show you how you were feeling at that particular time.
